Cancellation:
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, please advise us 12hrs in advance in order not to incur any cancellation charges. You may incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total value of your treatment for same day cancellations or for not arriving for your scheduled appointment if we are unable to sell the time slot.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may make it necessary to limit the time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed.
Booking Availability:
Bookings are subject to availability. We will always do our very best to accommodate you at short notice.
Mobile Phones:
We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phones to benefit both you and other guests to relax, restore and refresh.
Sexual services are NOT available in this salon.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT. Utopia cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur but your safety will be our first priority.
Deposits must be taken for group bookings or packages to make the salon available exclusively to you for the duration of time required.
Gratuities are not required but will be greatly appreciated as a reward for therapists providing excellent service.
*Clients must inform therapists of any injuries, contraindications or any medication that affects the skin, bone, muscles or recent surgeries.
- Membership Subscribers may not accumulate their monthly treatments.
- Membership renews automatically each month if on a debit order, whilst gift membership are a once off payment.
- Cancelation policy for Debit order: A calendars’ month notice is required after three monthly debit orders have gone through. We hope you never find a reason to opt out.
